Right Stormies, barrel, some say, is the least pretentious of all the bars, Lan Kwai Fongs. Designed as a half barrel for barrel, then a good selection of beer and excellent cuisine. The bar also have something called "pressure per hour, during which you can use potable water for half as long as you stay outside the toilets. Good luck.
